Our Shipping Process

At nature+nurture, every order is personally reviewed, and many books and educational resources are thoughtfully sourced specifically for you.. Unlike large retailers that ship from a single warehouse, many of our books and educational resources are sourced from multiple publishers and distributors before being carefully received, prepared, and packed by our team.

Our Shipping & Handling charges reflect not only postage, but also the time and care involved in sourcing materials, receiving inventory, preparing orders, and packaging them for safe delivery.

 

Processing Times

Many in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because many of our books and educational resources are carefully sourced from multiple publishers and distributors specifically for your order, processing times may vary.

Orders are generally processed in the order they are received, although larger curriculum orders, special orders, or periods of unusually high order volume may occasionally require additional processing time. If we anticipate a significant delay, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Arkansas ESA / ClassWallet Orders

Orders using Arkansas ESA/ClassWallet are not processed or fulfilled until payment has been approved and received. Approval timelines are determined by ClassWallet and may take several business days.

To help us process your order efficiently, please include the parent name, student name(s), phone number, and email address in your Order Notes at checkout. If any information changes after you place your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Carrier & Delivery Estimates

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier selected will depend on the size, weight, destination, and contents of your order. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Shipping & Handling charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size and value of your order.

International Shipping

At this time we cannot offer international shipping, but hope to do so in the near future.  

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow USPS/UPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other shipping delays. Many orders ship directly from our bookstore, while others require us to first receive books from trusted publishers and distributors before carefully preparing and shipping them.


Returns & Exchanges

At nature+nurture, many of the books and educational resources we offer are carefully sourced or special ordered specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind, items ordered in error, or products that are no longer needed.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will review each situation individually to determine the best solution.

If a return is approved for reasons other than damage, defects, or an error on our part, it will generally be issued as store credit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error in fulfilling your order, please email info@naturenurture.shop with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Special orders, custom-curated curriculum orders, and Arkansas ESA/ClassWallet orders are generally not eligible for return once they have been ordered from our suppliers or submitted for approval.

 

Damages and Missing Orders

If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact nature+nurture. Do not attempt to file a claim with USPS/UPS yourself.  nature+nurture will file a claim on your behalf, and a refund or replacement may be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process.   The address provided nature+nurture must be deliverable. If the tracking number says it was delivered, and the address provided to nature+nurture is correct, and yet you have not received it, you MUST CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE as soon as possible with your tracking number provided by nature+nurture so they can locate the exact location it says it was delivered and attempt to retrieve said package and correct their misdelivery. Once this step is taken, and if your local post office cannot retrieve your package, nature+nurture will file a claim on your behalf to retrieve the funds paid and will refund you or replace your purchase (if replacements are still available, in which case you will be refunded.)   

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damage must be provided within 5 days of delivery.

Photos of damaged items and both inner and outer packaging will be required when disclosing damage. Additional photos may be required throughout the claims process and are your responsibility, as the recipient, to provide them.

Do not release any products or packaging to any other entity, including the carrier, repair estimate facilitator, etc before consulting with nature+nurture. Doing so may risk invalidating the claim in progress and your ability to receive compensation for the lost or damaged item.
