All of our orders are shipped via USPS/UPS. Primarily USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!
Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and days off). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship with a flat rate price of 9.99 with USPS and UPS.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
**Please note that if you work with nature+nurture one-on-one we can curate your selections and charge you the shipping rate that is calculated after your order is packaged up. At this time, there is not a way to reflect the accurate shipping cost before checkout. If you have a small order, media mail, etc, that would be significantly less than the flat rate of 9.99, please reach out to Tricia@naturenurture.shop or message on social media. FB: @shopnaturenurture or IG: @nature_nurture_shop. Conversely, if it is a very large order, and will cost significantly more than the flat rate, please tip to help cover the cost. We are still a very new small business and until we can better figure out the shipping costs within the automatic checkout for such a wide variety of items, we need your help trying to keep shipping costs fair for our end AND yours. We are here to help!

International Shipping
At this time we cannot offer international shipping, but hope to do so in the near future.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow USPS/UPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You should receive your order within a week of your shipping confirmation. In order to control our shipping costs and give you the best price possible, we direct your purchases into our store and then ship out from here. This slows things down a bit but saves you money and gives us a more personal touch. If it is more cost effective to ship directly to you from the distribution center, we will choose that option so you can receive your product(s) more quickly. There are options to expedite your shipping but it will increase the shipping price. We are able to quote what those might be if you email us.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@naturenurture.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Damages and Missing Orders
If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact nature+nurture. Do not attempt to file a claim with USPS/UPS yourself. nature+nurture will file a claim on your behalf, and a refund or replacement may be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process. The address provided nature+nurture must be deliverable. If the tracking number says it was delivered, and the address provided to nature+nurture is correct, and yet you have not received it, you MUST CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE as soon as possible with your tracking number provided by nature+nurture so they can locate the exact location it says it was delivered and attempt to retrieve said package and correct their misdelivery. Once this step is taken, and if your local post office cannot retrieve your package, nature+nurture will file a claim on your behalf to retrive the funds paid and will refund you or replace your purchase (if replacements are still available, in which case you will be refunded.)
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damage must be provided within 5 days of delivery.
Photos of damaged items and both inner and outer packaging will be required when disclosing damage. Additional photos may be required throughout the claims process and are your responsibility, as the recipient, to provide them.
Do not release any products or packaging to any other entity, including the carrier, repair estimate facilitator, etc before consulting with nature+nurture. Doing so may risk invalidating the claim in progress and your ability to receive compensation for the lost or damaged item.
