General Refund Policy
At nature+nurture, many of the books and educational resources we offer are carefully sourced or special ordered specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind, items ordered in error, or products that are no longer needed.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will review each situation individually to determine the best solution.
If a return is approved for reasons other than damage, defects, or an error on our part, it will generally be issued as store credit. Any approved return must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled order.

Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Exchanges
Because many of our items are specially sourced, we generally do not offer direct exchanges. If an exchange is approved, instructions will be provided based on the specific situation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated. In many cases, approved returns that are not the result of damage, defects, or an error on our part will be issued as store credit.
Please allow time for your financial institution to process any approved refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or been ordered from our suppliers.
Because we begin sourcing inventory and preparing orders quickly, we may not be able to cancel an order once processing has begun. If a cancellation is possible after payment has been received, it will generally be issued as store credit in accordance with our store policy.
Special orders, custom-curated curriculum orders, and Arkansas ESA / ClassWallet orders generally cannot be canceled once they have been ordered from our suppliers or submitted for approval.
