Created by artist and inveterate road-tripper Danielle Kroll, Pacific Coasting covers all the not-to-be-missed stops, while including maps, packing lists and playlists (yes, what to listen to as you're driving up to Hearst Castle), and specific guides like Tide Pool Etiquette and Oregon Lighthouses. The result is the offbeat adventure of a lifetime, filled with something new to discover every hour of every day.
Danielle Kroll is an artist and designer known for her whimsical paintings inspired by travel, nature, and her ever-growing collection of vintage memorabilia. Kroll studied at the Tyler School of Art and majored in Graphic and Interactive Design. In 2009, she started her career in Anthropologie's art department, and in 2013, she went out on her own, with clients such as Anthropologie, Kate Spade New York, One King's Lane, Papyrus, Hallmark, Land of Nod, and Figo. Her current work includes commissioned illustrations, personal paintings, ceramics, textiles, and greeting cards. Kroll lives in upstate New York but is drawn to California.
